We help fill empty hotel rooms. You see, hotels and resorts rarely experience full occupancy yet they are always open and still have their fixed costs. When hotels and resorts have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's a waste of a good room. So when we put someone in their empty rooms, the hotel may have lost the full rack rate room rate, it was already empty in the first place, but now they have a customer that might spend more money at their in-house restaurants and shops or even take advantage of their amenities like their spa, casino, room service, etc. They know that if they show you a good time while you are at their property that you'll come back to stay with them in the future the next time you visit their city as a normal paying customer and maybe even tell a few friends about them. It's a win-win for both you and the participating properties. These offers are based on a travel show or Timeshare presentation lasting approximately 60-90 minutes once on your trip you will complete your presentation. All travelers must meet qualifications to travel or your gift incentive is forfeited. 

What is this gift incentive redeemable for?

This incentive is void if bartered or sold to the recipient. This certificate is valid for a reservation request form offering two adults 25 years of age or older and up to two children under the age of 6, up to four nights of hotel accommodations in the city of your choice of available destination cities or countries. You must redeem your gift incentive before the expiration date in order to activate your offer. Any fees to redeem or activate this offer are non-refundable, if applicable. Once activated you will have 24 months to register with the fulfilling travel agency and the travel must be completed within this time. Your only cost with US STAYS after activation is $19-$39 per night. $20-$29 per night for Friday and Saturday night stays. A surcharge of $5-$13 per child per night for up to two children is required. In order to guarantee that you will show up to your booked reservation you will be required to pay a REFUNDABLE $100 Reservation Guarantee Deposit. All-INCLUSIVE STAYS Your only cost after activation is $30 per adult per night 2 children 6 and under are included. Additional travelers or kids 7 and older will incur additional fees.  In order to guarantee that you will show up to your booked reservation you will be required to pay a REFUNDABLE $100 Reservation Guarantee Deposit. If you submit your reservation request form online with associated travel fees and decide to cancel before we have the chance to book one of your three choices then the reservation guarantee deposit will not be refundable. Travel-related fees must be paid within 72 hours of a reservation request submission or the offer will be voided as this offer is good for one reservation request submission only.

This offer is not good for group travel of two or more certificate holders. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer. The expiration date on this certificate pertains only to the activation of this certificate and not actual travel. Travel must be completed within 24 months of activation. This certificate has no cash surrender value. Void if discontinued and where prohibited by law. Only one redemption per household every 24 months is allowed. The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice. Do not make travel arrangements until you receive a written booking confirmation number. This certificate will be considered void if manipulated in any way or altered in any unauthorized manner. All promotional inventory is based strictly on availability. A minimum 30 days advance notice is required for your soonest arrival date. Travelers must submit three different arrival dates at least 30 days apart in order to participate. The travel agency reserves the right to offer alternate arrival dates and destinations. By participating in this promotional offer you release all distributors, 3rd party administrators, and fulfilling travel agencies of liability for any actual or potential loss that may arise in connection with this offer. This offer has no cash value. Each traveler is responsible for all necessary travel documents for each country they visit. Once activated this offer is tied to the original redeemer and not transferable. Do not rely upon representations other than what is printed on this certificate. Other terms and conditions may apply based on contracts when booking. This is a general estimate o what to expect. 

After I redeem the gift incentive to activate the offer, what other costs do I have to pay?

US TRAVEL

Your only cost after activation is $19-$39 per night for the room rate taxes and fees. A $20-$29 per night for Friday and Saturday night stays is an additional surcharge. A surcharge of $5-$13 per child 7 and older per night for up to two children is required if applicable.   These fees are paid directly to the hotel at check out.

Can I take children on the vacation?

Can I take children on the vacation?

Yes, you may bring 2 children on vacation 6 and under travel at no cost. A surcharge of $-$13 per child per night for up to two children over the age of 6 is required.

What happens after I activate this vacation certificate?

Once you redeem and activate the offer you will have 24 months to actually complete the travel.

When ready to request reservations you need to be in communication with us via phone and email to access the reservation request form.

You simply fill out the reservation request form. We will then send in the associated travel fees and taxes within 72 hours for your request to be honored and processed.

 

When will I be contacted?

All contact will be via email by one of our online support specialists within 72 hours. Once you have requested reservations through the online reservation request form, the travel agency will begin searching inventory and will look for one of your dates and destinations accordingly, based on availability. 

We will search your choices in the order of upcoming arrival dates and we will send you updates by email until we are able to book a room for you. Once we find a booking you will be contacted with details on how to book and the next steps.

Important Note: We typically start searching our inventory 30 days prior to your upcoming travel dates. Since we only require a 30-day advance notice, we will notify you as early as 21 days prior and no later than 14 days prior to one of your requested travel dates. Then start the reservation process with you. It is always ok to call us to get the process moving faster. 

Can I cancel?

The fee you paid to activate this gift promotion is based on the sales/marketing company that offered the gift incentive "see terms and conditions". This is Non-Refundable as stated on your verification call  (if applicable) see terms & conditions. We do not collect any money for the gift incentives to be offered. Once we book accommodations for you and you need to cancel for any reason, any deposits or fees you paid for the room would be forfeited by you and are non-refundable as outlined in your reservation request form. If you submit your reservation request form online - email with associated travel fees and decide to cancel before we have the chance to book one of your three choices then the reservation guarantee deposit will not be refundable.

Do I get to pick the property?

No, but you do get to pick the travel dates and hotels available you are interested within the promotional offer. We cannot promise you a specific brand of hotel since all of our inventory is based upon availability and we do not know which hotels we will have available at the time we start to search our inventory for your requested travel dates and destinations (If Applicable and a specific hotel is not on the gift incentive). Keep in mind that we will not work with any properties that have less than a total 3-star rating by other travelers on www.tripadvisor.com This is a website where travelers go to give personal reviews of hotels and resorts they have stayed at.

We do provide hotels we have worked with but it is only to be used as a guide to the quality of hotels we work with and not to be used as a guarantee you will receive any of the brands showcased. The last thing we want to do is get your hopes up on staying at the Hilton and we end up only having the Holiday Inn available during your requested travel dates. This is why we never promote specific hotel brands to travelers before a booking is made. This way we never have to worry about a traveler getting upset with us for promising a specific brand of hotel. Remember, the properties make money on re-bookings too, so you can be rest assured we will place you in the best property available to us when booking your accommodations.

Can I activate the same vacation certificate number more than once?

No, each gift incentive number can only be activated one time. Every gift offers a unique booking code and we store your booking for later reference. 

Can I use 2 GiftIncentives back to back for additional discounted nights?

No. Only one gift incentive can be activated per household every 24 months. This is the number one restriction that is attempted to be broken over and over and only causes reservations to be canceled or travelers to be charged the full rack rate at check-in when discovered. Not worth it!

How long do I have to request reservations?

You must submit the online booking request form or call us with your travel dates within 24 months of activating your gift and travel must be completed within that 24-month period as well.

Can I travel before the required 30-day reservation notice?

No. To use this offer you must provide us with at least a thirty days advance notice for your 1st arrival date choice. The offer requires that you submit three dates and destinations thirty days apart from each other as this will give us a better chance of being able to fulfill this travel offer since all is based on promotional inventory availability.

Can we go with another couple?

No. Two certificate holders cannot redeem two separate certificates simultaneously in the hopes to book a group travel. Two gift holders attempting to travel together using these promotional travel offers is considered group travel and group travel is 100% prohibited and only causes reservations to be canceled or travelers being charged the full rack rate at check-in when discovered. Not worth it!

What is the "Reservation Guarantee Deposit" for?

This is a refundable deposit that is required before we can move forward with a reservation request. As long as you show up to your booked reservation, your "Reservation Guarantee Deposit" will be fully refunded after travel in the form of a Visa Gift card. This covers our company from people that do not show up to their booked reservations. The properties charge us if someone that we book does not show up or take the presentation, so this deposit covers our costs if you do not show up - refuse to take the presentation, or misrepresent the qualification prior to traveling. If you do not show up to your booked reservation you forfeit your "Reservation Guarantee Deposit". If you do show up to your booked reservation then this deposit will be fully refunded at your request after checkout.

I see that you do not allow travel 7 days before and after a holiday. What holidays should we stay away from when selecting travel dates?

Please avoid making plans 7 days before or after a holiday. The major holidays we recognize are as follows: New Year, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. I hope this is helpful when scheduling your trips and thank you for your cooperation. When submitting your reservation request online, these dates will be blacked out in the calendar preventing you from selecting these dates.

When will I be notified if one of my three choices was booked?

When you submit a request you are agreeing to be booked in any of the three choices submitted. Keep in mind that we can only search availability starting 30 days before your upcoming arrival dates and this is why we ask for at least 30 days advance notice and why the three choices must be at least 30 days apart from each other because this is when the properties release their inventory for this promotional offer, approximately 30 days in advance of any arrival dates.

Now, if we cannot book your first date, we will notify you by email of this and will inform you in that same email that we will continue to search for availability for your next upcoming date, starting 30 days before the next upcoming date. If we fail to book your 2nd choice we then move to the 3rd date choice, in that order. If we notify you on your 3rd choice that we were unable to find any availability, you then have the ability to cancel for a full refund.

If you cancel before you give us the opportunity to book one of your 3 choices, knowing that we will only be able to notify you as soon as 30 days before your arrival dates but no later than 14 days per the terms and conditions of the offer you would forfeit the reservation guarantee deposit for canceling early.

What happens after I submit the travel fees and taxes payment

If you pay by our online method or email please allow up to 72 hours for the payment to be applied to your account. If you pay by direct text link or over the phone you get confirmation of payment immediately. 

As soon as we receive the payment and apply it to your account we will send you an email to inform you that you have been put in the queue to be booked and will also update your booking status.

Are there any other fees I would need to pay outside of the taxes and fees on the hotel room rate?

Yes, if we book you into a resort for your hotel stay then you would be required to pay any additional resort fees directly to the resort upon check-in. The taxes and fees you paid for the room do not cover these resort fees as they only cover the room rate and taxes and fees. Per the terms and conditions of the offer: Additional terms and conditions may apply to each independent property. Any additional fees such as but not limited to: hotel/resort/condo fees, miscellaneous taxes, maid service fees and any other incidental charges are the responsibility of the travelers.

I only have one destination and date I want to travel, can I just submit one date and destination?

Since this is a promotional offer, there are specific terms and conditions and requirements that must be followed if you want to participate. Failure to abide by these requirements set forth by the properties will void the offer. We can only process requests that follow the terms and conditions and the requirements set forth.

The offer requires that you submit 3 dates and destinations and by doing this you are allowing us to book you in any one of the 3 choices. We always start with your first choice and then go to your 2nd or 3rd choice if your previous choice was unavailable

I was told this was a FREE trip!

The terms and conditions state "Do not rely upon representations other than what is printed on this gift incentive". The statement is there to inform you, the end user, that no matter what you have been verbally told by "whomever" only the terms and conditions can be fulfilled. That disclaimer is there to protect you and our company from any misrepresentations and at the same time we are keeping you informed and on notice that if you were told something different other than what is stated within the terms and conditions you will have plenty of time to address it with the company or person who issued it to you before there is any unnecessary distress.

No, we are not affiliated, partners, or connected with the company that gave you our gift incentive. It's important that you understand who we are and what we do.
